Our assignment was to put a normal, everyday item on the market in a new way. I chose the pencil sharpener and decided to focus on young children. By turning the sharpener into a monster called Frank, who can sharpen a pencil by chewing on it, children are triggered to use it more and play with it. The prototypes of the sharpeners are made of little bamboo boxes. The commercial was my first animation ever.
